What does Our Brain Need?
Nowadays, there are so many things that may harm people’s health. It may begin from daily consume such as food. We must have knows how to keep our health besides practice regularly. As we know, food is the primary in our lives. Without any food we can’t lives or even do activities because no energy in our body.
One of important parts in our body is brain. In this part, we can process any information. Our brain also needs nutrition from foods. The following are some foods that can help us to be more focus in doing many activities
Sugar
we can consume a sugar which mix with a coffee in the morning with a normal quantity. Do not add too much, just a spoonful of sugar to provide energy at the moment. You can also consume fresh fruit with natural sweeteners.
Fish
Humans brain needs a vitamin to function properly. In eating fish which rich in omega-3 fatty acids twice a week will complete our needed in vitamin. Salmon can be a good choice because it has low levels of mercury.
Nuts and Seed
To get antioxidants and proteins that help keep your mind on track, take a handful of nuts or seeds Nuts and seeds also help give your brain a long-term protection against cognitive decline.
Avocado for the people who do not want to eat fish, it can be an alternative because this fruit is less in number of omega-3 fatty acids.
Blueberries
Children may needs this fruit which can increase ability in learning. Based on the study, this fruit can protect our brain from Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
Popcorn
who doesn’t know popcorn? It can enjoy at anytime even while we watch the movie. This crunchy snack is rich with vitamins B6, B12, and E. Popcorn also increases the ability to focus, memory and brain power.
